Trademarks

BoldBrick and the BoldBrick logo are registered trademarks of BoldBrick in the Czech Republic and Community Trademarks in the European Union. These names and logos shall be accompanied by the “®” symbol.

Mossquito and the Mossquito logo are registered trademarks of BoldBrick in the Czech Republic and Community Trademarks in the European Union. These names and logos shall be accompanied by the “®” symbol.

ServerPro, DeployPro, and ContentCommander and its respective logos are trademarks of BoldBrick. These names and logos shall be accompanied by the “™” symbol.

IDE for SharePoint® logo is a trademark of BoldBrick. This logo shall be accompanied by the “™” symbol.

Trademark Usage Guidelines

You may use BoldBrick trademarks, logos or product names when you refer to BoldBrick or its products and services. At least one use of a particular trademark within a document or web page shall be accompanied with the Registered Trademark (“®”) or Trademark (“™”) symbol as specified for the particular trademark.

You may use our trademarks under the following conditions:

• You may not alter logos in any way except dimensions, preserving their aspect ratio, protection zone, identifiability, and readability.
• Our logos may exist in multiple versions optimized for different media and usage scenarios, like dark or light background, color, black-and-white, or grayscale. To obtain the appropriate version please contact us with details about the intended use.
• You may not use our trademarks and logos in any manner that represents or implies any affiliation with, or endorsement by BoldBrick when no such affiliation or endorsement has been formally established in writing with BoldBrick.
• You should include a link to BoldBrick's homepage or the appropriate product page located on our web site when using any trademark, logo, or product name whenever it is reasonable.
• You may not create links on any other web site pointing directly to the logos’ image files published on our web site.

In addition to the abovementioned rules BoldBrick reserves the right to determine what constitutes improper or inappropriate use of our trademarks, logos, or product names and you agree to correct improper/inappropriate use or cease use thereof upon notification from BoldBrick.
