ElasticLogo Privacy Policy
Preamble
This Privacy Policy is valid for ElasticLogo™ software-as-a-service product as available directly through ElasticLogo web site, or indirectly through SaaS marketplaces, such as the Windows Azure Marketplace, or the AppDirect marketplaces.
This Privacy Policy covers ElasticLogo’s sole functionality, related processes, and our approach to handling your data.

Information we collect and how we use it
When you use ElasticLogo we store the information you enter into ElasticLogo and files you upload into ElasticLogo for you to be able to work with them. We may also store outputs of data conversions or your data that are in conjunction with ElasticLogo’s functionality, either in a temporary or a permanent storage, to support its operations and adequate performance. We may also keep regular backups of your data in a separate data center for disaster recovery purposes. Your data is never stored outside ElasticLogo’s production operating environment.
When you subscribe or purchase ElasticLogo or subscribe to a trial, we work with common information needed to close the deal with you and enforce license and/or usage terms restrictions. We work with the data provided by you or the respective SaaS marketplace to distinguish you from other customers and your users from them apart. As long as you have a valid license and/or subscription to ElasticLogo we may store this information in order to ensure license and/or usage terms enforcement, quality assurance, customer support, accounting, regulatory compliance and other legally required purposes. We do keep this information after your license and/or subscription has expired in order to comply with legal requirements and for accounting purposes.
We may collect some technical data about ElasticLogo’s operations and usage for diagnostics, monitoring, evaluation, and customer support purposes. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information beyond technical identification of parties involved in the execution of particular functions.
Communication
The email address you provide for order processing and email addresses of your users registered in ElasticLogo, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, and product or service information related to ElasticLogo or your purchase.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email with the exception of email notifications that form an integral part of ElasticLogo’s operation.
Personal information sharing
We do not sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating ElasticLogo, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may release your information only when required by law.
Data protection
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and data when you use ElasticLogo. We pay attention to both electronic and physical safety of personal information and data. To ensure all data are as safe as possible our servers are located in a secure data center and protected by means of state-of-the-art firewalls, anti-virus and anti-spyware systems, access policies, and encryption where appropriate.
Our employees and authorized contractors have access to collected personal information and data under specific internal policies only, and are legally bound to protect your privacy and adherence to this privacy policy.
Data transfer security
When transmitting data over the Internet we suggest you use the secure HTTP protocol (HTTPS). ElasticLogo provides HTTPS support throughout the application. When accessing your data, ElasticLogo always uses authenticated HTTPS connections.
Cookie usage
We may store one or more cookies in order to provide personalized content, features, behavior, and ensure high-level of user experience when using ElasticLogo. We do not use cookies to store personal or otherwise sensitive information about you.

Online privacy policy only
This online privacy policy applies only to information processed and/or collected through ElasticLogo and not to information collected offline.

BoldBrick, s.r.o. is registered under Reg. No. 00035179 with The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic to collect and process personal information pursuant to §16, Protection of Personal Data Act No. 101/2000 of the Czech law which is in compliance with European Union’s privacy policies.

By using ElasticLogo, you agree to this privacy policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially in case of changes to regulatory obligations, or set of products or services covered by this Privacy Policy. We will not reduce your rights for privacy under this Privacy Policy without your prior consent. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted to this page. In case of significant changes we will use your email address to send you a notification.
