ContentCommander Privacy Policy
Preamble
This Privacy Policy is valid for ContentCommander™ software-as-a-service product as available through the Microsoft Office Store for use with Office 365, SharePoint Online, or on-premise SharePoint installations.
ContentCommander™ requires access to your Microsoft SharePoint environment, either cloud or on-premise. This Privacy Policy covers ContentCommander’s sole functionality, related processes, and our approach to handling your data; specifically it does not cover any operation and/or behavior of SharePoint environment and its privacy measures whatsoever.

Information we collect and how we use it
We collect no information from you when you use ContentCommander. Even though your documents and their metadata flow through Content Commander, we do not store them permanently in any way. We may store metadata and documents into a temporary storage to ensure proper technical operation of ContentCommander’s functions; in such case your data are never stored outside ContentCommander’s production operating environment.
When you subscribe or purchase Content Commander or subscribe to a trial, we work with common information needed to close the deal with you and enforce licensing restrictions. We work with the data provided by the Office Store to distinguish you from other customers and your users from them apart. As long as you have a valid license and/or subscription to ContentCommander we may store this information in order to ensure license enforcement, quality assurance, customer support, accounting, regulatory compliance and other legally required purposes. We do keep this information after your license and/or subscription has expired in order to comply with legal requirements and for accounting purposes.
We may collect some technical data about ContentCommander’s operations and usage for diagnostics, monitoring, evaluation, and customer support purposes. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information beyond technical identification of parties involved in the execution of particular functions.
Communication
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, and product or service information related to ContentCommander or your purchase.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email with the exception of email notifications that form an integral part of ContentCommander’s operation.
Personal information sharing
We do not sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating ContentCommander, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may release your information only when required by law.
Data protection
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and data when you use ContentCommander. We pay attention to both electronic and physical safety of personal information and data. To ensure all data are as safe as possible our servers are located in a secure data center and protected by means of state-of-the-art firewalls, anti-virus and anti-spyware systems, access policies, and encryption where appropriate.
Our employees and authorized contractors have access to collected personal information and data under specific internal policies only, and are legally bound to protect your privacy and adherence to this privacy policy.
Data transfer security
When transmitting data over the Internet we suggest you use the secure HTTP protocol (HTTPS). ContentCommander provides HTTPS support throughout the application. When accessing your data, ContentCommander always uses authenticated HTTPS connections.
Cookie usage
We may store one or more cookies in order to provide personalized content, features, behavior, and ensure high-level of user experience when using ContentCommander. We do not use cookies to store personal or otherwise sensitive information about you.

Online privacy policy only
This online privacy policy applies only to information processed and/or collected through ContentCommander and not to information collected offline.
Regulatory information
BoldBrick, s.r.o. is registered under Reg. No. 00035179 with The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic to collect and process personal information pursuant to §16, Protection of Personal Data Act No. 101/2000 of the Czech law which is in compliance with European Union’s privacy policies.

By using ContentCommander, you agree to this privacy policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially in case of changes to regulatory obligations, or set of products or services covered by this Privacy Policy. We will not reduce your rights for privacy under this Privacy Policy without your prior consent. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted to this page. In case of significant changes we will use your email address to send you a notification.
